WHERE DO WE FISH?
We fish the legendary Fraser River and its connected waterways throughout British Columbia's Fraser Valley. Rather than fishing the same stretch of river every day, we follow the fish.
Depending on river conditions, water levels, and seasonal fish movements, we may launch anywhere between Mission and Hope, giving you the best opportunity for an unforgettable day on the water. We'll contact you before your trip to confirm the launch location and meeting time.
HOW LONG IS A CHARTER?
Our private sturgeon charters are 8 hours, giving us plenty of time to locate active fish and enjoy an incredible day on the Fraser River. We do not operate half-day charters.

I'VE NEVER CAUGHT A STURGEON BEFORE. IS THIS TRIP FOR ME?
Absolutely.
Whether it's your very first fishing trip or you've spent a lifetime on the water, we'll tailor the day to your experience level. We provide all the instruction, equipment, and guidance—you simply enjoy the experience.
WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF CATCHING A STURGEON?
While fishing is never guaranteed, we work hard to give every guest the best possible opportunity for success.
Because we go where the fish are, adjust our launch locations, and fish according to current conditions, our guests consistently enjoy outstanding action throughout the year.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO FISH FOR WHITE STURGEON?
The Fraser River offers excellent year-round sturgeon fishing.
Every season offers something different, and giant White Sturgeon can be caught throughout the year. We'll always recommend the best timing based on current river conditions.
IS THE FISHING CATCH-AND-RELEASE?
Yes.
White Sturgeon are a protected species, and every fish is carefully handled, measured, scanned for existing tags, and safely released following provincial conservation guidelines. Responsible catch-and-release is essential to protecting this incredible fishery.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE TAGGING PROGRAM?
Yes—and it's one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.
As participants in the Fraser River Sturgeon Conservation Society's tagging program, every fish is scanned to see if it has been caught before. If your fish already has a tag, you'll learn about its history. If it hasn't been tagged, you may have the opportunity to help tag it, contributing valuable information for future conservation research.
CAN I ADOPT THE FISH I CATCH?
Yes!
Through the Adopt-a-Fish program, you can adopt your catch and receive updates if it's recaptured in the future, allowing you to follow its journey through the Fraser River system.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGER GROUPS OR CORPORATE EVENTS?
Absolutely.
In addition to our private charters, we organize multi-boat outings and corporate events using a trusted network of experienced professional guides who share our commitment to safety, conservation, and exceptional guest experiences.
WHERE SHOULD WE STAY?
If you're travelling to the Fraser Valley, we're happy to recommend accommodations based on where you'll be launching. We can also suggest restaurants, activities, and attractions to help you make the most of your visit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Fishing continues in most weather conditions, and some of our best days happen with a little rain.
If conditions become unsafe due to extreme weather or river conditions, we'll contact you to discuss rescheduling your trip.
